Currently I am studying a PhD at Center for Industrial Production at Aalborg University. I expect to be finished in the autum of 2012. My subject is Information Systems from a supply chain perspective, and it is my goal to discover enablers for developing intelligent supply chain management through utilizing information systems.
It is my goal through these studies, to identify key factors in ideal leadership and management of industrial organisations, and utilize these empirical discoveries to develop guidelines and tools for improvement of management in order to develop competitiveness for European companies in the new global marketplace.
I am planning to utilize this theoretical knowledge in real life experiences as I in time engage in becoming a leader myself. I hope to accomplish this through engaging in management, and learning to develop my own authentic leadership style through experience within the field.
